#18 OLD TIGER BALM BUILDING AND #19 ELLISON BUILDING - THE LIM FAMILY FIELD TRIP (PART II)

THE FIELD TRIP CONTINUES............

The Old Tiger Balm Building
Lynette: Nice "Tow Huay" (Beancurd). This building
looks like a historical building also huh?

Jeremy: (Looking sleepy after finishing all the excess
Tow Huay and Tow Huay Chui (Beancurd
drink) that Kirel and Jeriel couldn't finish)
(Pushing the kids on the double stroller)

Lynette: Eh... Wake up!

Jeremy: Yup! It used to be the Old Tiger Balm Building.
(Now it has become the location for a tea
                  appreciation centre)

Jeremy: (Waves to the American Tourist that you see on the top)
Could you take a picture for me?

American Tourist: Sure! (Snaps the picture)
                                Are you a tourist too?

Jeremy: Well.. i am a Singaporean.

American Tourist: Nice to see Singaporeans loving their heritage.

Jeremy: Yes! (Inner thoughts: I'm discovering my heritage.)
This place was built by Isaac Ellison for his wife, Flora
Ellison. What is distinct about this is that it used to be a
place for the colonial Governors to view horse racing.

American Tourist: (Looks amazed) You know your facts?

Jeremy: Actually i am doing my History Field Work. (Smiles)
